Every path into Apocrypha begins in the dark.

The Remor Series and the Traltos Series share one world but follow different kingdoms, different gods, and different people. Each stands on its own. Read them in either order, or read them side by side and watch the edges meet.

Both series can be read in any order.

  1. Path A

    The path of the flame

    Asunder, by Ady Morrow

For readers who want slow-burn longing, a kingdom that worships death, and a heroine who is terrified of the thing she serves.

    Begin with Asunder

  2. Path B

    The path of the root

    Oblate, by Penelope Birchhill

[DRAFT for Penelope to replace] For readers drawn to devotion and its cost, under a god of life who asks more than anyone admits.

    Begin with Oblate
